About Me

Head Coach

My name is Chris Khabbaz I am a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. I hold certifications as A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, National Personal Training Institute Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, as well as NASM Weight Loss Specialist. I Am A Navy Veteran, a father, and a Husband. I have always been an athletic person who loved to workout my entire life, but like a lot of people I did not fully understand fitness, and nutrition. I was killing myself in the gym but never quite got the results I wanted. I decided that enough was enough and decided to educate myself on fitness, and Nutrition. Through educating myself not only did I begin to get the results that I wanted I started feeling better physically and mentally. I had more time, and energy to spend with my family. I began to work smarter, and not harder. What I realized through a lot of trial and error was I was training and eating like I saw everyone else doing, and it was not working. I decided to figure out what worked for me, and thankfully I did. I was able to not just lose weight, but lose fat and keep it off. I was eventually able to successfully complete a goal that I have had my entire adult life which was to compete in a bodybuilding show. More importantly my quality of life improved significantly, and I am able to be the best version of myself everyday.


With all the information, and types of diets available these days trying to understand it is even more difficult than ever. Developing a nutritional strategy does not have to be a difficult task, and there is no one size fits all when it comes to a nutritional strategy. There is also no one perfect diet, but the most ideal diet is the one you can adhere to. We are all different with different nutritional needs, and different goals that we want to reach. Depending on these different variables we can develop a nutritional strategy tailored to your needs, and goals. We offer nutritional strategies for weight loss, fat loss, body recomposition, muscle gain, and sports performance. We believe that everyone has individual needs and the nutritional strategy that we make for you will not be a cookie cutter program, and will be uniquely designed for your needs. We will also provide full time nutritional support along with weekly, and daily check ins with us.


Like nutrition training can be difficult to figure out. With all of the options out there it is easy to get confused. The type of training protocol that you use should be personal to you, and the goals you have. Someone training for a marathon should not have the same workout strategy as someone doing a bodybuilding show. There is no one size fits all training program because we are all unique, and have different goals. We can help develop the perfect training routine to help you get the results that you want whether its fat loss or muscle gain we can help you with a personally tailored training program that is developed to get you the results that you want. It does not matter if you are training for a race or just to make your overall quality of life better we can develop a plan to meet those needs.
